Would you like to make a difference in your community and represent them at your council or parliament? Have you always wanted to get into politics but didn't know where to start?

Come along to the Caladh Inn for our two hour workshop where you can learn more. You don’t need to have any political experience, and we welcome women from across the political spectrum (and none). It doesn’t matter how old you are or what your background is, we want to help you get started and connect with other women in the Western Isles who are on the same journey.

We will discuss the process from becoming inspired to get into politics to how to run. Former Western Isles councillor Catriona Stewart will be joining us to share her experiences.

Our events are open to all women, cis and trans.

Book your free tickets here.

We work hard to ensure our events are accessible for everyone - if you would like to join this workshop and have any access needs that you’d like to discuss please don’t hesitate to get in touch with katherine@parliamentproject.com.

By registering for this event you are agreeing to receive information about future Parliament Project activities that you may be interested in, to support you on your own political pathway. You have the right to unsubscribe from these updates at any time.

This work is possible thanks to the Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, who are funding these workshops
